When contact was needed, I was given multiple ways to contact both Christian and Mario who despite being extremely busy, made sure I was tended to as if I were physically there in the dealership. Despite this, the dealership exceeded my expectations in their quality of service. ![]() This undoubtedly makes a potential vehicle purchase more difficult both for the buyer and seller due to the extra paperwork involved, the inability to hastily get things set up such as down payments and signatures and of course not actually being able to test drive the vehicle all due to not being able to be there physically. I sought to purchase a vehicle from this dealership as a person who lived halfway across the country from this specific location. Let me begin by saying Christian, my salesman and Mario, the Finance Manager did an awesome job granted the situation.
